    The chair arrived quickly and is very well made and not too heavy. My family is in love with it, even my 6-year-old daughter! My wife falls asleep in it. Everyone who comes over gets a massage and they want one. I can’t believe how great it is and the price is just right. About to order another one for my mom. Also, the customer service is super nice people. They take care of things quickly!

    I took advantage of the black friday sale of this chair. The waiting of delivery took longer because of the sales volume. But it’s all worth it once I got the chair. I like the fact that it came fully assembled, all you have to do is plug it in. I can’t review yet about its durability because I just had it for 2 weeks, I hope they stand by their warranty. But as far as performance, it works great as expected, it actually loosen up some of my tight spots and notice less back pains. I’ve been bragging about it to my coworkers how it helped me a lot.

          I must say, this chair has completely surpassed my expectations. However, I did notice a few small downsides. Firstly, it's a bit on the narrow side, which might not be ideal for those who prefer more room to spread out. Additionally, the lack of specific support for the spine area in the back of the chair makes it less suitable for prolonged periods of sitting. One more thing worth mentioning is that the chair emits a beeping sound when it's first turned on and during the reclining process, which can be a tad annoying. Despite these minor concerns, I still think the chair is absolutely fantastic overall. Its performance and features make it an excellent choice for relaxation and comfort.

          Setting up this chair was a breeze, I must say. However, as someone who stands tall at 6'3", I did notice that the massage rollers didn't quite hit the sweet spots on my back. To make up for it, I discovered that scooting forward a bit helped me get a better massage experience. The foot and leg extension feature is handy, although it would be even better if it locked in place when fully extended. Currently, I find myself having to constantly push against it to keep it extended, which can get a bit tiring. Moreover, when I try to relax, the leg extension tends to push my knees up, making it difficult to get a proper calf massage. But despite these small hiccups, I still find the overall massage experience quite enjoyable.
