Kollecktiv 101a 4D Customized Massage Chair Full Body Zero Gravity

I've been using the Kollecktiv 101 Massage Chair for a few weeks now, and I'm absolutely loving it. It's the perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day.

It's not my first massage chair. I have quite a bit of experience with massage chairs. This is the nicest chair I've ever had. I really like its design because it looks very classy & highend. Massage on other parts is very good, but I have back pain, and the chair is not strong enough for my back. I told the customer about this problem. The customer responded to me promptly and asked me to take a video. Then they told me how to adjust the position of the roller. It was very professional. I may buy another 301 in the future. I heard that its intensity is the strongest.

The chair arrived quickly and is very well made and not too heavy. My family is in love with it, even my 6-year-old daughter! My wife falls asleep in it. Everyone who comes over gets a massage and they want one. I can't believe how great it is and the price is just right. About to order another one for my mom.

I have seen and tried many massage chairs at different price points but this one is without a doubt superior. It has many functions and features that can fit any persons preferences.

I have only had this 3 weeks now. My massage was amazing. It performs well, it's easy to assemble, it seems to be good quality, good value for the money and it's roomier than my last massage chair. It gives a great massage. My mom couldn't use my last chair I had(it was a different brand) as she said it was to rough, but she loves this new one. I am still learning to use the different settings. Customer service is wonderful. A woman named Della called me and talked me through using the different settings which has helped tremendously. You will be truly happy with this chair and with customer service!

If you are looking for a great chair with a ton of functions, this is it. 12 preset massages with infinite adjustability, heater, Bluetooth speakers with pretty darn good sound. And to top it off, I had a question, Sent the company an email and within 4 to 5 hours I had a call from the owner, a text and an email completely solving my issue. I looked at a ton of chairs and wouldn't look any further ever again, this is the one.

I will say I am glad we purchased the chair. It is just like a more expensive chair we had tried. This is a better price and does exactly the same thing. Worth every penny.

Initially we did not like how much pressure there was on the foot and calf massage. We were able to contact the customer support for this chair and they have been extremely responsive and are fixing the issue for us very quickly and at no cost to us. To be clear, the product was not defective in any way, we just wanted a different pressure for our feet and lower legs. Very happy with this product now that we have this issue resolved.

This purchase was well worth my money. The product is very comfortable. Many areas are massaged and the massage is very deep and very relaxing. The blue-tooth speakers work wonderfully! The product was delivered from a third party who communicated with us very consistently and we were kept informed of when our product would arrive. I would highly recommend this product.

This volume massage chair is absolutely amazing. So many settings, and just perfect for every member of the family. I wish it had a backlit menu board, and rollers on the calves as well, but the compression is nice! Also , wish there was a way to bypass the initital warm up and scan, and preset personalized settings.

I love every single feature of this chair - once I got it figured out. The instructions that come with the chair are a lousy translation. I contacted their customer support and was given a very friendly and professional instruction session on operating all of the programs. I have been using it at least twice every day. You have the option to zero in on specific areas if you choose. I could fall asleep during the zero-gravity full body massage.

This chair is everything you want. I have been looking at massage chairs like this in furniture store but I couldn’t bare to spend $5-$10 grand on one. When I saw this chair and all the features and reviews it hit add to cart and boy was I impressed. Shipping was super fast. The delivery team was awesome and was able to get it into my old farm house. Installation was an easy. Now I’m not impressed with the voice activation. She randomly comes on but if I’m honest I have read thru the directions on the voice setup yet. But overall best online purchase! You won’t regret it.

We just received it yesterday but It was the delivery guys who were so awesome. Like beyond fantastic. We loved them. The chair is fantastic. Feels so comfy. And it hits every ache we have so far. My mawmaw has already requested one for christmas. She would also beat me for this picture of her🤣

The massage chair is awesome! I have been using it every day after work since I received it last week. There was a delivery issue which made me very unhappy. I reported it to Customer Service and I received a prompt reply within a very short period. They resolved my issue right away. The post-sales service is very important and they are providing excellent service. I would recommend this product and company without reserve.

I love this massage chair! After researching many massage chairs, I decided to go with this one for a few reasons.
The look of the chair, it looked comfortable and is comfortable, the variety of massage techniques, I have been suffering with muscle knots forever and the deep massage has me feeling terrific, and well worth my money. Their customer service is great, anyone would be completely satisfied with this chair.
