Although I am generally satisfied with the product, I have to be honest and say that the voice mode didn't quite meet my expectations. Nevertheless, all the other features work flawlessly, which is definitely a positive aspect. Despite this minor setback, I am still quite pleased with my purchase overall.

The chair is absolutely fantastic and it has totally surpassed my expectations. But I have to be honest, the voice control feature didn't really do it for me. Luckily, I was able to disconnect it, and now I'm fully enjoying the chair without any problems. Despite this small hiccup, I'm still extremely happy with my purchase overall.

I had a few questions about putting together the foot part and some concerns about how the chair works, but I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and quick the customer service team was in assisting me. Also, after using the chair for a few days, my wife found the back rollers to be a bit too firm for her liking. However, the customer service team was kind enough to send us an extra pad and a foot massager because the chair's massage function doesn't cover the whole foot/sole area. We also noticed a small cut on the PU leather, but they quickly sent us a repair piece, which we'll be trying out soon. To make up for these issues, they even refunded us a part of the purchase price, which we really appreciated. We're really happy with both the chair itself and the exceptional customer service we received. While we're still figuring out how to manually operate some of the features, our overall experience has been great.

My experience with Kollecktiv MASSAGE CHAIR has been absolutely amazing. I originally bought the chair from them, but after 90 days, I encountered a problem with one of the rollers. Unfortunately, I couldn't get any help from Kollecktiv themselves. However, the customer service at MASSAGE CHAIRKollecktiv was attentive and understanding. They listened to my complaint and asked me to send them some pictures. The very next day, they let me know that they would send me a brand new chair. I received the replacement promptly, and everything is working perfectly now. I just wish that Kollecktiv could have provided the same level of assistance.

I gotta say, everything else about this product is fantastic, but I gotta be honest, the voice mode is a bit of a letdown. However, I'm not gonna let that dampen my overall satisfaction with the product. It delivers on all its promises and meets my expectations in every other way. So, even though the voice mode falls short, I'm still stoked about my purchase.

This chair is seriously top-notch, and I gotta say, the delivery was super fast and totally caught me off guard. It showed up at my doorstep in just about 5 days, way quicker than I expected. But, here's the thing, I did notice one downside. When the roller gets to my tailbone or hip bone area, it gets pretty uncomfortable. That's the only hiccup I've come across so far. But even with that, I gotta give props to the overall quality and delivery experience, they've been pretty darn impressive.
