The chair arrived quickly and is very well made and not too heavy. My family is in love with it, even my 6-year-old daughter! My wife falls asleep in it. Everyone who comes over gets a massage and they want one. I can’t believe how great it is and the price is just right. About to order another one for my mom. Also, the customer service is super nice people. They take care of things quickly!

I took advantage of the black friday sale of this chair. The waiting of delivery took longer because of the sales volume. But it’s all worth it once I got the chair. I like the fact that it came fully assembled, all you have to do is plug it in. I can’t review yet about its durability because I just had it for 2 weeks, I hope they stand by their warranty. But as far as performance, it works great as expected, it actually loosen up some of my tight spots and notice less back pains. I’ve been bragging about it to my coworkers how it helped me a lot.

The massage chair is awesome! I have been using it every day after work since I received it last week. There was a delivery issue which made me very unhappy. I reported it to Customer Service and I received a prompt reply within a very short period. They resolved my issue right away. I had an injury to my back yrs ago-- My vertebrae were pile driven down into my spine leading to 6 bulged discs. i have sciatic nerve issues going down my leg and cant even walk most of the time or cant through shopping without having to get off my legs. I been to a Chiro for yrs. Last bought I was seeing a massage therapist 2x a week and xhiro 2x week. I1m sure their thrilled but I was sick of it. The massage therapist wont shut up while massaging you at $80 hr Telling her every dumb detail of her life,... So I stopped seeing her. The chiro- I was going back in pain again all of again so I said screw it!! I need somehing more aggressive that can pop my hips and massage them to help line it up ON MY TIME. SO I bucked up the dough and got this chair. I am 6`3 , my feet are bigger than most size 13. SO my toes bend up in the foot part- everything is good it grips around your legs and spinning balls under feet the same time- Its really nice. My arms tend to slide out twards my body from the arm air bags when the airbags on my shoulder squeeze in. The program should grip and hold arms first then activate the shoulder bags to function better- Im taller than most so it may be that more than the chair. My chair arrived the blue tooth speaker was faulty and made noise and struggled to work then stopped working so the right speaker only works, I sent them an email and they said they will send a repair man out for it. I thought this chair was designed for taller people but this one is not designed just for me in mind. The massage is good and works exactly where I need it to. I am sore cause I was getting intense knocks for 2 hrs checking the chair out but thats on me. Chair works great. It did 3 major pops a chiro would not get that many or I would not feel it adjust like the chair did. The equipment at a chiro is pretty outdated- a back roller. This chair would be great instead of that beforehand and go in and get adjusted if you need it case by case. The blue tooth should be better quality sound coming from the speakers. Literally worth installing better ones in there if you can get into it. I gonna ask repair if its possible.

Considering the extra cost associated with this feature, I can't help but feel that it falls short. The voice commands provided in the instructions are rather unconventional and not what you would typically expect for such functions. It would have been far more convenient if the chair utilized more common and intuitive language for voice control.

Once my husband tried this chair at a relative's place, he was blown away and convinced me that we needed to get one too. He's absolutely obsessed with it and uses it every single day. He swears by its ability to provide amazing relief for both his lower and upper back. Let me tell you, it's definitely worth every penny! I've only had the chance to try it once, but I'm already counting down the days until I can use it again after my next big yard project. To make things more comfortable, I've discovered that using a small pillow to cushion the area really does the trick. this Kollecktiv massage chair works wonders. It offers a plethora of options to customize settings, including different massage types and styles, control options, and the ability to adjust the air pressure for a more or less aggressive massage. However, I did encounter a minor hiccup with the right-side lower back pressure inflation not working properly. Being an engineer, I decided to take matters into my own hands and discovered that it was simply a kinked air line causing the issue. Once I fixed the air line, the chair performed flawlessly. This incident aside, the chair appears to be well made with a simple design that minimizes potential problems, making it highly reliable.

I am absolutely in love with this chair! It is beyond amazing and has completely exceeded my expectations. Let me tell you all about my experience with it. First of all, the buying process was a breeze. There were so many options to choose from, and the detailed descriptions really helped me make my decision. And guess what? The chair arrived even earlier than expected, about a week ahead of schedule. The delivery driver was so helpful and even placed it right in my living room. Unpacking and assembling the chair was a piece of cake. I didn't even need to look at the instructions because it came mostly assembled. I just had to attach the footrest, which was super easy. One thing that really impresses me is how user-friendly the chair is. Even my 2-year-old can operate it! From turning it on to setting my favorite program, it's so simple. And despite its size and comfort, it doesn't take up much space in my room. However, I do have one small complaint. The power button is located on the bottom back side of the chair, which isn't very convenient. But overall, I would definitely buy this chair again without hesitation! The massage rollers are incredible and provide such a soothing experience. They instantly relieve my headaches, something no other chair has ever done before. I used to spend so much money on massages to help with my headaches, but now, just 20 minutes in this chair and my headache is gone. It's truly an amazing product with exceptional customer service and a great price.

Let me share my experience with this amazing massage chair that I stumbled upon at an unbelievably lower price compared to other options I had looked into. I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical at first. But all my doubts vanished when the chair arrived at my doorstep just 5 days after placing the order, perfectly packaged for protection. Unpacking it and attaching the footrest took no more than 5 minutes, and despite its weight, the chair glides effortlessly thanks to the rollers. The faux leather upholstery is incredibly soft and flawlessly smooth, not a single flaw in sight. Operating the chair is a breeze, and the whole experience is pure bliss. We did encounter a small hiccup when we realized that the chair was slightly wider than our door, but Massage Chair Max was quick to respond to my request for help. They provided a video tutorial on how to remove the arms, making it easy for us to maneuver the chair through the door. I was thoroughly impressed by their attentiveness and consistent follow-up. I bought this chair for my office, and it has quickly become a favorite among all the employees. I wholeheartedly recommend both the chair and this supplier!

I got this chair for my dad because of his health issues, and let me tell you, it has been a game-changer. The only small problem we had was getting the hang of the remote control, it was a bit tricky. But apart from that, the chair itself is really great. It's super comfortable and provides an enjoyable experience overall. I also have to give a shoutout to the delivery guy, he was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure the delivery went smoothly. All in all, it's been a fantastic purchase that has had a positive impact on my dad's well-being.
