    The chair arrived quickly and is very well made and not too heavy. My family is in love with it, even my 6-year-old daughter! My wife falls asleep in it. Everyone who comes over gets a massage and they want one. I can’t believe how great it is and the price is just right. About to order another one for my mom. Also, the customer service is super nice people. They take care of things quickly!

    I took advantage of the black friday sale of this chair. The waiting of delivery took longer because of the sales volume. But it’s all worth it once I got the chair. I like the fact that it came fully assembled, all you have to do is plug it in. I can’t review yet about its durability because I just had it for 2 weeks, I hope they stand by their warranty. But as far as performance, it works great as expected, it actually loosen up some of my tight spots and notice less back pains. I’ve been bragging about it to my coworkers how it helped me a lot.

            The voice command feature is really handy, but sometimes it doesn't catch all my commands and can get triggered by sounds from the TV, so I have to turn it off. Also, I've noticed a clicking noise coming from the rollers when they move sideways, especially in the lower back and hip area. It doesn't seem like a loose screw or joint issue, and it definitely doesn't feel normal. I'm planning to reach out to customer support to get this issue resolved.
