    The chair arrived quickly and is very well made and not too heavy. My family is in love with it, even my 6-year-old daughter! My wife falls asleep in it.     I am very pleased with my new massage chair! I only had it a couple of days and everything is to my liking.I looked at a lot of chairs that are online and decided on this one. It has everything I wanted in a massage chair it’s 4d and it hits the right spots! You can adjust the rollers to lower the intensity. The heat function works great and the speakers are pretty good! The support people are awesome they answered my emails quickly which I was very impressed with.The price can’t be beat for all the settings you can choose from.If you are looking for a massage chair you can’t go wrong with this chair.

    The massage chair is awesome! I have been using it every day after work since I received it last week. There was a delivery issue which made me very unhappy. I reported it to Customer Service and I received a prompt reply within a very short period. They resolved my issue right away.     I took advantage of the black friday sale of this chair. The waiting of delivery took longer because of the sales volume. But it’s all worth it once I got the chair. I like the fact that it came fully assembled, all you have to do is plug it in. I can’t review yet about its durability because I just had it for 2 weeks, I hope they stand by their warranty. But as far as performance, it works great as expected, it actually loosen up some of my tight spots and notice less back pains. I’ve been bragging about it to my coworkers how it helped me a lot.

            I really like it and have a positive overall opinion, but there are a couple of things I wish were different. First of all, I wish the rollers could reach closer to the spine to provide better coverage in that area. Also, for people who are on the shorter side, especially those who are 5'3 or shorter, the arm slots for the air massage might not line up correctly.

I actually had to take it out of the box and maneuver it inside, and even then, it just barely made it through my doorway. So, if you have narrow entrances or smaller doorways, this could be a bit of a challenge for you.

            My wife and I have turned using this chair into a nightly routine right before we go to bed. The only thing we've noticed is that the neck massager could use a little more power, and you have to tilt your head quite far back to get it in the perfect position. Other than that, it works really well. Despite a few minor issues at the beginning, I'm happy with my choice to purchase it.

To my shock, it showed up earlier than I thought, all set up and a breeze to get going. I'd read some reviews, so I figured the massage might be a bit much, and yup, it was intense and a bit painful. But, considering my back and shoulder probs, plus dealing with fibromyalgia and nerve stuff, it might just be the deal with any massage chair.

            Thinking about the bang for the buck, this massage chair looks pretty darn good. The folks delivering it were nice enough to bring it inside, and after that, I could just roll the box to where I wanted it. Putting it together was a piece of cake – basically just zipping up a few cushion parts and unfolding the foot thing. It's not too hard to shift around, but having someone lend a hand wouldn't hurt.

            I like how easy it is to get in and out of this chair, but I'm not thrilled that the rollers only go up to the neck and don't reach the middle of the head. Another small gripe is that the controls down at the bottom don't light up. But besides these things, it's a pretty awesome chair.
