The chair arrived quickly and is very well made and not too heavy. My family is in love with it, even my 6-year-old daughter! My wife falls asleep in it. Everyone who comes over gets a massage and they want one. I can’t believe how great it is and the price is just right. About to order another one for my mom. Also, the customer service is super nice people. They take care of things quickly!

I took advantage of the black friday sale of this chair. The waiting of delivery took longer because of the sales volume. But it’s all worth it once I got the chair. I like the fact that it came fully assembled, all you have to do is plug it in. I can’t review yet about its durability because I just had it for 2 weeks, I hope they stand by their warranty. But as far as performance, it works great as expected, it actually loosen up some of my tight spots and notice less back pains. I’ve been bragging about it to my coworkers how it helped me a lot.

The massage chair is awesome! I have been using it every day after work since I received it last week. There was a delivery issue which made me very unhappy. I reported it to Customer Service and I received a prompt reply within a very short period. They resolved my issue right away. The post-sales service is very important and they are providing excellent service. I would recommend this product and company without reserve.

I am very pleased with my new massage chair! I only had it a couple of days and everything is to my liking.I looked at a lot of chairs that are online and decided on this one. It has everything I wanted in a massage chair it’s 4d and it hits the right spots! You can adjust the rollers to lower the intensity. The heat function works great and the speakers are pretty good! The support people are awesome they answered my emails quickly which I was very impressed with.The price can’t be beat for all the settings you can choose from.If you are looking for a massage chair you can’t go wrong with this chair.

I really like it and have a positive overall opinion, but there are a couple of things I wish were different. First of all, I wish the rollers could reach closer to the spine to provide better coverage in that area. Also, for people who are on the shorter side, especially those who are 5'3 or shorter, the arm slots for the air massage might not line up correctly.

Just a heads up, the package box for this chair is pretty big and might not fit through a regular-sized main door. I actually had to take it out of the box and maneuver it inside, and even then, it just barely made it through my doorway. So, if you have narrow entrances or smaller doorways, this could be a bit of a challenge for you.

The only thing we've noticed is that the neck massager could use a little more power, and you have to tilt your head quite far back to get it in the perfect position. Other than that, it works really well. Despite a few minor issues at the beginning, I'm happy with my choice to purchase it.

I just placed an order and now I'm eagerly waiting for the delivery. I had previously ordered another one, but I didn't like it because it wasn't sturdy enough for my legs. I returned it the day it was delivered. Hopefully, this new one will be a good fit and have all the features I'm looking for. I can't wait! The default massage setting is decent, but heads up, it might be a bit much for newbies – we're easing into it. I was kinda hesitant dropping cash on a pricey chair without test-driving it, but hey, I went for it. To my shock, it showed up earlier than I thought, all set up and a breeze to get going. I'd read some reviews, so I figured the massage might be a bit much, and yup, it was intense and a bit painful. But, considering my back and shoulder probs, plus dealing with fibromyalgia and nerve stuff, it might just be the deal with any massage chair.

Thinking about the bang for the buck, this massage chair looks pretty darn good. The folks delivering it were nice enough to bring it inside, and after that, I could just roll the box to where I wanted it. Putting it together was a piece of cake – basically just zipping up a few cushion parts and unfolding the foot thing. It's not too hard to shift around, but having someone lend a hand wouldn't hurt.

I shot a message to their customer service, and, get this, in just 2 hours, they sent me a video tutorial showing how to reconnect a little hose I had accidentally left unhooked. Talk about lightning-fast response! Now, about the chair itself, where do I even start?

Overall, there's a bit of a learning curve with all the options, so get ready for that. Connecting the footrest was a breeze, but on our unit, the air tube connection was a bit snug, needing a good bit of force to lock it in place.
