The chair arrived quickly and is very well made and not too heavy. My family is in love with it, even my 6-year-old daughter! My wife falls asleep in it. Everyone who comes over gets a massage and they want one. I can’t believe how great it is and the price is just right. About to order another one for my mom. Also, the customer service is super nice people. They take care of things quickly!

I took advantage of the black friday sale of this chair. The waiting of delivery took longer because of the sales volume. But it’s all worth it once I got the chair. I like the fact that it came fully assembled, all you have to do is plug it in. I can’t review yet about its durability because I just had it for 2 weeks, I hope they stand by their warranty. But as far as performance, it works great as expected, it actually loosen up some of my tight spots and notice less back pains. I’ve been bragging about it to my coworkers how it helped me a lot.

The massage chair is awesome! I have been using it every day after work since I received it last week. There was a delivery issue which made me very unhappy. I reported it to Customer Service and I received a prompt reply within a very short period. They resolved my issue right away. I am very pleased with my new massage chair! I only had it a couple of days and everything is to my liking.I looked at a lot of chairs that are online and decided on this one. It has everything I wanted in a massage chair it’s 4d and it hits the right spots! You can adjust the rollers to lower the intensity. The heat function works great and the speakers are pretty good! The best thing about it is that there's no hassle with complicated setup; it works like a charm straight out of the box. However, I do have one gripe about the delivery process. Sadly, the delivery company didn't follow through with their promise to give us a heads-up call. This left the 200lb chair just sitting there on the curb. To add insult to injury, they insisted on extra payment to bring it inside the house or even up to our front door. It was a bit of a disaster, but thankfully, my husband, despite his bad back, managed to find someone to help him get the chair indoors. Since it's been in place, it's been pure heaven.

This massage chair has been a great help for my dad's back pain. However, there are a few small drawbacks that I personally wasn't too excited about. Firstly, manually extending the feet can be a bit inconvenient compared to having a powered feature. Secondly, there's a somewhat noisy sound when the chair is being reset and goes down, and I'm not quite sure why that happens.
