The chair arrived quickly and is very well made and not too heavy. My family is in love with it, even my 6-year-old daughter! My wife falls asleep in it. Everyone who comes over gets a massage and they want one. I can’t believe how great it is and the price is just right. About to order another one for my mom. Also, the customer service is super nice people. They take care of things quickly!

I took advantage of the black friday sale of this chair. The waiting of delivery took longer because of the sales volume. But it’s all worth it once I got the chair. I like the fact that it came fully assembled, all you have to do is plug it in. I can’t review yet about its durability because I just had it for 2 weeks, I hope they stand by their warranty. But as far as performance, it works great as expected, it actually loosen up some of my tight spots and notice less back pains. I’ve been bragging about it to my coworkers how it helped me a lot.

The massage chair is awesome! I have been using it every day after work since I received it last week. There was a delivery issue which made me very unhappy. I reported it to Customer Service and I received a prompt reply within a very short period. They resolved my issue right away. The post-sales service is very important and they are providing excellent service. I would recommend this product and company without reserve.

I am very pleased with my new massage chair! I only had it a couple of days and everything is to my liking.I looked at a lot of chairs that are online and decided on this one. It has everything I wanted in a massage chair it’s 4d and it hits the right spots! You can adjust the rollers to lower the intensity. The heat function works great and the speakers are pretty good! The support people are awesome they answered my emails quickly which I was very impressed with.The price can’t be beat for all the settings you can choose from.If you are looking for a massage chair you can’t go wrong with this chair.

The compact design is a definite perk, but I'm not too thrilled about the main power switch being on the bottom back of the chair. The issue is that the LED lights stay on when you use the remote's power switch. To fix this, I hooked it up to a plug controlled by the light switch, so I can cut power and dodge the constant glow of blue LEDs. I really wish I hadn't waited so long to pull the trigger on this purchase.

When the chair arrived, it was already put together, so I just had to attach the controls and plug it in. It provides a range of settings and allows for manual customization, which is fantastic. The massages are incredibly relaxing and genuinely help me unwind. The only small drawback is that, being 5'2" tall, the chair is a bit long for my body. Nevertheless, given the price, it still works wonders in helping me, as a nurse, relax after a demanding shift.
