    La chaise est arrivée rapidement, elle est très bien faite et n'est pas trop lourde. Ma famille l'adore, même ma fille de 6 ans ! Ma femme s'y endort. Tous ceux qui viennent à la maison se font masser et en veulent un. Je n'arrive pas à croire à quel point il est génial et le prix est juste. Je suis sur le point d'en commander un autre pour ma mère. De plus, le service clientèle est super sympa. Ils s'occupent des choses rapidement !

    J'ai profité de la vente black friday de cette chaise. L'attente de la livraison a été plus longue à cause du volume des ventes. Mais cela en valait la peine une fois que j'ai eu la chaise. J'aime le fait qu'il soit entièrement assemblé, tout ce que vous avez à faire est de le brancher. Je ne peux pas encore me prononcer sur sa durabilité car je ne l'ai que depuis 2 semaines, j'espère qu'ils maintiendront leur garantie. Mais en ce qui concerne les performances, il fonctionne très bien comme prévu, il a en fait desserré certains de mes points faibles et j'ai remarqué que j'avais moins mal au dos. Je me suis vanté auprès de mes collègues de travail de l'aide qu'il m'a apportée.

    Le fauteuil de massage est génial ! Je l'utilise tous les jours après le travail depuis que je l'ai reçu la semaine dernière. Il y a eu un problème de livraison qui m'a rendu très mécontent. Je l'ai signalé au service clientèle et j'ai reçu une réponse rapide dans un délai très court. Ils ont résolu mon problème immédiatement. Le service après-vente est très important et ils fournissent un excellent service. Je recommanderais ce produit et cette société sans réserve.

Il a tout ce que je voulais dans un fauteuil de massage, il est 4d et il touche les bons endroits ! Vous pouvez régler les rouleaux pour diminuer l'intensité. La fonction chaleur fonctionne très bien et les haut-parleurs sont très bien ! Le prix est imbattable pour tous les réglages que vous pouvez choisir. First of all, I wish the rollers could reach closer to the spine to provide better coverage in that area. Also, for people who are on the shorter side, especially those who are 5'3 or shorter, the arm slots for the air massage might not line up correctly.

I actually had to take it out of the box and maneuver it inside, and even then, it just barely made it through my doorway. So, if you have narrow entrances or smaller doorways, this could be a bit of a challenge for you.

The only thing we've noticed is that the neck massager could use a little more power, and you have to tilt your head quite far back to get it in the perfect position. Other than that, it works really well. Despite a few minor issues at the beginning, I'm happy with my choice to purchase it.

To my shock, it showed up earlier than I thought, all set up and a breeze to get going. I'd read some reviews, so I figured the massage might be a bit much, and yup, it was intense and a bit painful. But, considering my back and shoulder probs, plus dealing with fibromyalgia and nerve stuff, it might just be the deal with any massage chair.

            Thinking about the bang for the buck, this massage chair looks pretty darn good. The folks delivering it were nice enough to bring it inside, and after that, I could just roll the box to where I wanted it. Putting it together was a piece of cake – basically just zipping up a few cushion parts and unfolding the foot thing. It's not too hard to shift around, but having someone lend a hand wouldn't hurt.

            I like how easy it is to get in and out of this chair, but I'm not thrilled that the rollers only go up to the neck and don't reach the middle of the head. Another small gripe is that the controls down at the bottom don't light up. But besides these things, it's a pretty awesome chair.

Connecting the footrest was a breeze, but on our unit, the air tube connection was a bit snug, needing a good bit of force to lock it in place.
