The chair arrived quickly and is very well made and not too heavy. My family is in love with it, even my 6-year-old daughter! My wife falls asleep in it. Everyone who comes over gets a massage and they want one. I can’t believe how great it is and the price is just right. About to order another one for my mom. Also, the customer service is super nice people. They take care of things quickly!

I took advantage of the black friday sale of this chair. The waiting of delivery took longer because of the sales volume. But it’s all worth it once I got the chair. I like the fact that it came fully assembled, all you have to do is plug it in. I can’t review yet about its durability because I just had it for 2 weeks, I hope they stand by their warranty. But as far as performance, it works great as expected, it actually loosen up some of my tight spots and notice less back pains. I’ve been bragging about it to my coworkers how it helped me a lot.

The massage chair is awesome! I have been using it every day after work since I received it last week. There was a delivery issue which made me very unhappy. I reported it to Customer Service and I received a prompt reply within a very short period. They resolved my issue right away. Just tried out this chair, and let me tell you, setting it up was a breeze, and it's built like a tank. Not only does it look good, but the seating experience is like a dream. The adjustable feature for different body types is seriously impressive. And can we talk about that touch screen? Crazy responsive – major convenience points. The number of modes on this thing is wild – there's one for every mood. The only tiny drawback is that it only warms up the lower back; it would've been perfect if more spots could get cozy. But hey, everything else about this chair is just plain awesome.

Setting up the chair is a breeze as it comes pre-assembled. However, the instructions are valuable because an air hose or electrical connection can sometimes loosen during transit. When I initially tried setting up the chair, I encountered a repeated beeping noise, and the chair wouldn't work. It turned out that the power cable to the remote control had slightly loosened, and once we tightened it, the chair worked perfectly.Regarding features, the 2023 version is likely very similar to the original R8069, though they claim there are certain upgrades. The Bluetooth speaker quality took me by surprise; it offers a nice stereo field and excellent spatialization for audio played via Bluetooth.

I don't often take the time to write reviews, but this purchase has truly left me amazed. The overall design, craftsmanship, and features of this chair have won me over completely. It not only perfectly fits my wife's petite 5'2" frame but also effortlessly supports my towering 6'2" and hefty 280lb body (thanks to the smart shoulder height adjustment and leg lengthening capabilities). I honestly didn't think we'd find a chair that could handle both of us, but the Kollecktiv 2023 4D chair does it with remarkable finesse. The massages are out of this world, making me never want to leave its embrace. The variety of modes and customizable options are outstanding. If I had to be picky, I'd say I wish the beeps when pressing buttons were a bit softer. Also, it took me a few days to get used to the operational functions and manual controls. Apart from these minor gripes, this chair unquestionably deserves a flawless 5 out of 5 stars rating.

If I had to do it again, I'd certainly consider installing an eye-ring at the top of the stairs for smoother transportation.After indulging in the massages, I couldn't resist treating myself to a delightful latte using our reliable Keurig machine downstairs. I'll be honest, I didn't have high hopes. But hitting my 50s brought on some serious lower back pain, so I figured, why not give it a shot? Let me tell you, WOW – my lower back has never been this happy. Those other reviews aren't messing around when they say it feels a bit intense at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's like pure bliss. There are tons of different massage styles to try out, although I've only scratched the surface since it was pretty late when I got to it. By the end, I was as chill as melted butter. You can set it for 10, 20, or 30-minute massages, and if you're feeling picky, go manual and customize it to your heart's content. I'm still figuring out all its tricks, but now that I have one, coupon or no coupon, there's no going back!
