Pairing the Bluetooth speakers was a breeze and they work without any issues. The heating element is not enough, although it may be a bit too much for my wife and kids. The assembly instructions were worthless, but luckily the process was straightforward. The instructions for use were also poor, but with some time, I was able to master it. One downside is that the chair doesn't automatically return to the start position when the cycle completes, so the operator needs to manually reset it in order to exit the chair. It would be great if there was an option to create a custom message cycle, but hopefully that will be available in future models. Unfortunately, the chair doesn't seem to effectively work on the top of the shoulders or neck, even when the corresponding cycle is selected. The speakers are just okay, and I wouldn't mind paying for premium ones if that were an option. Overall, our whole family is unpleased with the unit, the shipping process, and the communication about delivery.

I'd give it 2 stars, but there's a hiccup with the feet rollers. Around 3 months after I bought it, they began to make a bit of noise. Initially, I ignored it, but the noise kept getting louder to the point where it's unbearable now. The chair is fantastic, but I'm wondering if there's a warranty issue that can address this.
