The chair arrived quickly and is very well made and not too heavy. My family is in love with it, even my 6-year-old daughter! My wife falls asleep in it. Everyone who comes over gets a massage and they want one. I can’t believe how great it is and the price is just right. About to order another one for my mom. Also, the customer service is super nice people. They take care of things quickly!

I took advantage of the black friday sale of this chair. The waiting of delivery took longer because of the sales volume. But it’s all worth it once I got the chair. I like the fact that it came fully assembled, all you have to do is plug it in. I can’t review yet about its durability because I just had it for 2 weeks, I hope they stand by their warranty. But as far as performance, it works great as expected, it actually loosen up some of my tight spots and notice less back pains. I’ve been bragging about it to my coworkers how it helped me a lot.

The massage chair is awesome! I have been using it every day after work since I received it last week. There was a delivery issue which made me very unhappy. I reported it to Customer Service and I received a prompt reply within a very short period. They resolved my issue right away. The post-sales service is very important and they are providing excellent service. I would recommend this product and company without reserve.

I am very pleased with my new massage chair! I only had it a couple of days and everything is to my liking.I looked at a lot of chairs that are online and decided on this one. It has everything I wanted in a massage chair it’s 4d and it hits the right spots! You can adjust the rollers to lower the intensity. The heat function works great and the speakers are pretty good! The support people are awesome they answered my emails quickly which I was very impressed with.The price can’t be beat for all the settings you can choose from.If you are looking for a massage chair you can’t go wrong with this chair.

This massage chair is awesome, and there are a lot of functions! I’m still figuring out all the different features. It’s like having a personal masseuse at home. So far, the basic massage feels great, customer service is top-notch!
