The chair arrived quickly and is very well made and not too heavy. My family is in love with it, even my 6-year-old daughter! My wife falls asleep in it. Everyone who comes over gets a massage and they want one. I can’t believe how great it is and the price is just right. About to order another one for my mom. Also, the customer service is super nice people. They take care of things quickly!

I took advantage of the black friday sale of this chair. The waiting of delivery took longer because of the sales volume. But it’s all worth it once I got the chair. I like the fact that it came fully assembled, all you have to do is plug it in. I can’t review yet about its durability because I just had it for 2 weeks, I hope they stand by their warranty. But as far as performance, it works great as expected, it actually loosen up some of my tight spots and notice less back pains. I’ve been bragging about it to my coworkers how it helped me a lot.

The massage chair is awesome! I have been using it every day after work since I received it last week. There was a delivery issue which made me very unhappy. I reported it to Customer Service and I received a prompt reply within a very short period. They resolved my issue right away. The post-sales service is very important and they are providing excellent service. I would recommend this product and company without reserve.

I am very pleased with my new massage chair! I only had it a couple of days and everything is to my liking.I looked at a lot of chairs that are online and decided on this one. It has everything I wanted in a massage chair it’s 4d and it hits the right spots! You can adjust the rollers to lower the intensity. The heat function works great and the speakers are pretty good! The support people are awesome they answered my emails quickly which I was very impressed with.The price can’t be beat for all the settings you can choose from.If you are looking for a massage chair you can’t go wrong with this chair.

I was very impressed with the company’s customer service ethos. After testing against Inada, Panasonic, and Human Touch chairs, we settled on the Kollecktiv 301model, and this chairs beat them all hands down. Not only does it look great, but the message function is so powerful that I can fall asleep comfortably every time I use it.

I grabbed this Kollektiv massage chair during Black Friday, and the shipping was super fast. The chair's great—good quality, no weird smells, and all the massage features I need. It comes fully assembled, which is awesome. Customer service is also top-notch.

I'm giving it four stars because the screen was damaged in shipping. But Kollektiv's customer service was great; they're sending me a replacement screen right away, so they handled it well.

If you are looking for a great chair with a ton of functions, this is it. 12 preset massages with infinite adjustability, heater, Bluetooth speakers with pretty darn good sound. And to top it off, I had a question, Sent the company an email and within 4 to 5 hours I had a call from the owner, a text and an email completely solving my issue. I looked at a ton of chairs and wouldn't look any further ever again, this is the one.

Initially we did not like how much pressure there was on the foot and calf massage. We were able to contact the customer support for this chair and they have been extremely responsive and are fixing the issue for us very quickly and at no cost to us. To be clear, the product was not defective in any way, we just wanted a different pressure for our feet and lower legs. Very happy with this product now that we have this issue resolved.

I contacted their customer support and was given a very friendly and professional instruction session on operating all of the programs. I have been using it at least twice every day. You have the option to zero in on specific areas if you choose. I could fall asleep during the zero-gravity full body massage.

This chair is everything you want. I have been looking at massage chairs like this in furniture store but I couldn’t bare to spend $5-$10 grand on one. When I saw this chair and all the features and reviews it hit add to cart and boy was I impressed. Shipping was super fast. The delivery team was awesome and was able to get it into my old farm house. Installation was an easy. Now I’m not impressed with the voice activation. She randomly comes on but if I’m honest I have read thru the directions on the voice setup yet. But overall best online purchase! You won’t regret it.

This chair really has helped me manage my back pain, especially when the pain medication I'm taking isn't enough to keep it under control. I love the sleep massage option paired with the Zero gravity position as they allow me to fall asleep and stay there in that position until I wake up.
