Different massage routines. Bluetooth speakers. We got the 301 and are very happy with the purchase, highly recommend this company for all that they offer. You are in good hands.
The chair arrived quickly and is very well made and not too heavy. My family is in love with it, even my 6-year-old daughter! My wife falls asleep in it. Everyone who comes over gets a massage and they want one. I can't believe how great it is and the price is just right. About to order another one for my mom. I did a lot of research before I selected Kollecktiv. I have had other massage chairs and was less than satisfied. I don't do reviews much. There are, however, two businesses I recommend. Miller Brothers Auto Repair and Collision Center and kollecktiv.com. One keeps me on the road (along with my wife, dad and mother-in-law), and the other helps me recover after driving long hours.
As for the chair... the delivery was easy, the setup a breeze, and they hired local movers to get it in my house.
As for the relaxation? OMG. Worth every penny. Even dad said so, and he rarely says that about anything. Awesome service... honest people... and good times.
After a bit of a hassle getting the chair delivered on the promise date, I have to say the chair is amazing. If anything it may be a bit to intense if allowed to execute preprogrammed routines without toning them down a bit via the manual controls. The foot massage is especially intense. I had to put a pair of Oder-eater insoles in the bottom of the foot wells to tone it down. I also want to say that support has been excellent. Using WHATSAPP gets almost instantaneous response from central support. They have been very responsive and helpful. If you are looking for a solid, well built, versatile, mid price chair, I don’t think you can go wrong with the 301.

The chair has a good selection of pre-programmed massages with the ability to personalize the strength and timing of the massage. The blue-tooth speakers work well. Particularly love the “sleep” massage which literally rocks you to sleep and at the end of the massage leaves you in the zero gravity position so you don’t wake up. The remote control is easy to operate and lights up so you can see it in the dark. You can also operate the chair from an app on your smart phone. This chair looks sleek and is able to sit just a couple inches from the wall. This is my 3rd purchase of a massage chair and I think it’s the best value I’ve found. Love how it looks and the massages are wonderful!!

I purchased this for my wife for her birthday, so she’s only used it for 2 days. So far it has met all expectations. It arrived without any defects and when I plugged it in Dec 24th it worked exactly like it should. I will update after she has used it for a month or 2 to let people know if it’s durable or not.The only con I have with this chair is, I am 6ft 295lbs and my shoulders do not fit side to side, so I can’t place my arms where they should go in the chair. Also, the massage rollers that are supposed to hit the upper back and neck don’t go that high on me. They do work nicely on my wife who is around 5’5. As of today she highly recommends.

For comparison: I recently purchased (and returned) a $700 massage chair. I've used a similar chair at the gym that runs around $8000. Current price of this product is $2000.This one is magnificent. 1000% better than the cheaper model, and while it's not as nice as the more expensive model, the differences are minimal.There are SO many settings to customize.... The voice control is a neat concept but she talks randomly so I keep that feature turned off. Air pressure features are very powerful. Rollers work great, most noticeably on the feet. Operation manual is helpful... though difficult to interpret at times due to the language barrier. Excellent results for stress relief and tight muscle relaxation. Love that it can even focus on neck and shoulders. I don't have the kind of income that makes a purchase like this easy, but I'm immensely glad I went for it.

It’s the same price as the Relaxe chair I was comparing, but this one has way more features, a full control screen, and genuine leather. It’s truly a high-quality piece of furniture that looks amazing in my home. I reached out to their support team with a few questions, and they replied quickly and were super helpful. I spent a lot of time researching and even visited a few stores to try out different models — I’m so glad I chose this one!

This is the third massage chair I’ve owned, and hands down—it’s the best one yet. The comfort level is just next-level. You sit down and it kind of just hugs your body in all the right ways. The deep tissue massage is legit—really gets in there without feeling like it’s beating you up. And the stretch mode? Wow. It gently pulls and stretches your back and legs, and afterward, you just feel loose and relaxed, like you just got off a yoga mat without doing any of the work.The balloons (I guess they’re technically airbags, but whatever) are way better than the ones in my last two chairs. They inflate and deflate with perfect pressure and timing, especially around the shoulders and legs. The foot massage, though—that thing is out of this world. It actually feels like someone’s working your feet by hand. I didn’t even know I had sore spots down there until this chair found them.Finally, there’s a voice control method, which is really helpful. The chair responds to voice commands, and it makes the experience more seamless. I highly recommend this massage chair!

This new model is a game changer. It automatically adjusts to your body size, feels incredibly comfortable, and now my wife actually enjoys using it too. The voice control and multiple touch panels make it super easy to use, and the LED lighting gives it a really sleek look. Highly recommend this chair to anyone considering a quality massage chair!
