The chair arrived quickly and is very well made and not too heavy. My family is in love with it, even my 6-year-old daughter! My wife falls asleep in it. I don't do reviews much. There are, however, two businesses I recommend. Miller Brothers Auto Repair and Collision Center and kollecktiv.com. One keeps me on the road (along with my wife, dad and mother-in-law), and the other helps me recover after driving long hours.
As for the chair... the delivery was easy, the setup a breeze, and they hired local movers to get it in my house.
As for the relaxation? OMG. Worth every penny. Even dad said so, and he rarely says that about anything. Awesome service... honest people... and good times.
After a bit of a hassle getting the chair delivered on the promise date, I have to say the chair is amazing. If anything it may be a bit to intense if allowed to execute preprogrammed routines without toning them down a bit via the manual controls. The foot massage is especially intense. I had to put a pair of Oder-eater insoles in the bottom of the foot wells to tone it down. I also want to say that support has been excellent. Using WHATSAPP gets almost instantaneous response from central support. They have been very responsive and helpful. If you are looking for a solid, well built, versatile, mid price chair, I don’t think you can go wrong with the 301.

I ordered this amazing product about a month ago and was super excited to get it. I was at first super disappointed that the product did not come when they said it would. Come to find out, it took almost a month to get it. Even though there was a glitch between Kollecktiv and the shipping company, Kollecktiv had extremely amazing support and well made up for the mistake. I honestly blame the shipping company for having misleading software for delivery dates, but Kollecktiv did say they are committed to a better carrier. Now that I have the product, it is amazing. I love the zero-G, Thai stretching, and overall look of the chair. It's GREAT value for the price! My friend spent around $6000 on his chair which does exactly the same thing as this chair. Great company to work with and I highly recommend this awesome product!Thank you, Kollecktiv!

This is a quality chair. All the modes are excellent. The delivery was a little shaky with my door being busted but Kollecktiv team is taking care of that. Also, when the chair came, the air massage didn't work, but a few emails with the seller got that fixed. All in all this is a good chair for the money. There are lots of massage modes and shortcut buttons. The heat is amazing. Bluetooth makes it a dream and you can wirelessly charge your phone while sitting comfortably in it.
