Great service. Great chair. Great experience. Delivery was quick and they hired local movers to get the chair in my house. The chair is some kind of awesome. Voice commands. Different massage routines. Bluetooth speakers. We got the 301 and are very happy with the purchase, highly recommend this company for all that they offer. You are in good hands.

The chair arrived quickly and is very well made and not too heavy. My family is in love with it, even my 6-year-old daughter! My wife falls asleep in it. Everyone who comes over gets a massage and they want one. I can't believe how great it is and the price is just right. About to order another one for my mom. I don't do reviews much. There are, however, two businesses I recommend. Miller Brothers Auto Repair and Collision Center and kollecktiv.com. One keeps me on the road (along with my wife, dad and mother-in-law), and the other helps me recover after driving long hours. As for the chair... the delivery was easy, the setup a breeze, and they hired local movers to get it in my house. As for the relaxation? OMG. Worth every penny. Even dad said so, and he rarely says that about anything. Awesome service... honest people... and good times.

After a bit of a hassle getting the chair delivered on the promise date, I have to say the chair is amazing. If anything it may be a bit to intense if allowed to execute preprogrammed routines without toning them down a bit via the manual controls. The foot massage is especially intense. I had to put a pair of Oder-eater insoles in the bottom of the foot wells to tone it down. I also want to say that support has been excellent. Using WHATSAPP gets almost instantaneous response from central support. They have been very responsive and helpful. If you are looking for a solid, well built, versatile, mid price chair, I don’t think you can go wrong with the 301.
