30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
We are confident in the quality and comfort of our massage chairs, and we want you to feel the same. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the chair within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We believe in our product and want to ensure that you have the time to experience the full benefits of your new massage chair.

(Note: Please be aware that if our massage chair is delivered and the customer refuses to accept it for their own reasons, they will be responsible for the shipping costs of this shipment. This is not a problem with our product or service, please understand.)

Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, the massage chair must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included. We ask that you retain your packaging for at least the first 30 days after delivery.

Restocking Fee:
In order to provide a fair return process, we require a restocking fee for any returned massage chair. This fee covers the inspection, testing, and repackaging of the product to ensure it meets our standards for resale. We will charge a restocking fee of $300

Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for packing the massage chair back into the original box and taking photos for us to confirm. We will send you a shipping label, which the customer is responsible for printing and sticking to the outer box. Then we arrange logistics to pick up the goods at your door Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy:
If you wish to exchange your massage chair for a different model, please contact our customer service team within the 30-day period. We will work with you to select a chair that better suits your needs and preferences. The restocking fee will be waived for exchanges, but the customer will be responsible for any difference in price and the shipping costs for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Chairs:
In the unlikely event that your massage chair arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you. Please provide detailed photos of the damage to assist us in processing your claim quickly.
