The chair arrived quickly and is very well made and not too heavy. My family is in love with it, even my 6-year-old daughter! My wife falls asleep in it. I don't do reviews much. There are, however, two businesses I recommend. Miller Brothers Auto Repair and Collision Center and kollecktiv.com. One keeps me on the road (along with my wife, dad and mother-in-law), and the other helps me recover after driving long hours.
As for the chair... the delivery was easy, the setup a breeze, and they hired local movers to get it in my house.
As for the relaxation? OMG. Worth every penny. Even dad said so, and he rarely says that about anything. Awesome service... honest people... and good times.
After a bit of a hassle getting the chair delivered on the promise date, I have to say the chair is amazing. If anything it may be a bit to intense if allowed to execute preprogrammed routines without toning them down a bit via the manual controls. The foot massage is especially intense. I had to put a pair of Oder-eater insoles in the bottom of the foot wells to tone it down. I also want to say that support has been excellent. Using WHATSAPP gets almost instantaneous response from central support. They have been very responsive and helpful. If you are looking for a solid, well built, versatile, mid price chair, I don’t think you can go wrong with the 301.

1st massage...huge difference with 4d rollers..I am 6.1 303 lbs...Chair fits me great..i was worried about that my wide shoulders....learning all the Chair functions....2nd massage I tweaked some things...I was more impressed...more stretching...really hit my lower back where I needed...I even got a few audibles( as public say back pops and cracks..lol) I could feel the releasing of certain muscles as I changed to different massage techniques...increasing pressures...but i noticed bags weren't working...we forgot to hook up air line...
3rd massage...bag use took the massage to a 8..9...very good in my professional opinion...ive been in 5..7..10k chairs...this ranks right up there with those easily...a must buy...I bought this chair for the warranty. Customer service and 4d functions...and size compatibility for myself.
My final say this is a great chair for the price..I went through all the chairs and prices..etc..this one was the best bang for the buck...this is 7k chair... ive taught and implemented massage techniques this chair does it all..and u can adjust intensites...and settings is huge within the programs. Kollecktiv u did ur thing with this chair.. recommending to all my professional friends..
Im going to test the Thai stretch function next....i stand behind any decompression technique..to have this on a chair is major another reason why I bought..just hope it's effective...then chair will grade at 9..10..
