The chair arrived quickly and is very well made and not too heavy. My family is in love with it, even my 6-year-old daughter! My wife falls asleep in it. I don't do reviews much. There are, however, two businesses I recommend. Miller Brothers Auto Repair and Collision Center and kollecktiv.com. One keeps me on the road (along with my wife, dad and mother-in-law), and the other helps me recover after driving long hours. As for the chair... the delivery was easy, the setup a breeze, and they hired local movers to get it in my house. As for the relaxation? OMG. Worth every penny. Even dad said so, and he rarely says that about anything. Awesome service... honest people... and good times.

I have to say the chair is amazing. If anything it may be a bit to intense if allowed to execute preprogrammed routines without toning them down a bit via the manual controls. The foot massage is especially intense. I had to put a pair of Oder-eater insoles in the bottom of the foot wells to tone it down. I also want to say that support has been excellent. Using WHATSAPP gets almost instantaneous response from central support. They have been very responsive and helpful. If you are looking for a solid, well built, versatile, mid price chair, I don’t think you can go wrong with the 301.
