The chair arrived quickly and is very well made and not too heavy. My family is in love with it, even my 6-year-old daughter! My wife falls asleep in it. Everyone who comes over gets a massage and they want one. I can’t believe how great it is and the price is just right. About to order another one for my mom. Also, the customer service is super nice people. They take care of things quickly!
I took advantage of the black friday sale of this chair. The waiting of delivery took longer because of the sales volume. But it’s all worth it once I got the chair. I like the fact that it came fully assembled, all you have to do is plug it in. I can’t review yet about its durability because I just had it for 2 weeks, I hope they stand by their warranty. But as far as performance, it works great as expected, it actually loosen up some of my tight spots and notice less back pains. I’ve been bragging about it to my coworkers how it helped me a lot.

I’ve tried many different massage chairs, and while they were all nice, this one is on a whole different level! The adjustable shoulder height on the touchscreen is a game-changer—it actually works for everyone. Most other chairs I’ve tried seem designed for people much bigger than me, so they never quite hit the right spots, but this one fits perfectly.
The airbags are amazing, providing just the right amount of pressure to relax my arms and legs. The Bluetooth speaker and joystick add a luxurious touch, making the whole experience even better.
A couple of things to keep in mind: the chair comes fully assembled and can’t be taken apart, so make sure you have a clear pathway to where you want to place it. We had a bit of trouble maneuvering it through some tight corners, but we made it work. Also, occasionally, it doesn’t return to the normal position after a massage or the shoulder adjustment doesn’t respond immediately, but simply turning it off and back on resolves it every time.
Despite these small quirks, we absolutely love this chair! It’s hands down the best massage chair we’ve ever tried—so comfortable, so luxurious, and worth every penny!
If I could give this chair more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! I've only had it for two days, but it has already exceeded my expectations in every way. I’m beyond thrilled that I chose this model over the others—it’s packed with amazing features, and the massage styles are simply perfect.
