      The chair arrived quickly and is very well made and not too heavy. My family is in love with it, even my 6-year-old daughter! My wife falls asleep in it. Everyone who comes over gets a massage and they want one. I can’t believe how great it is and the price is just right. About to order another one for my mom.       I took advantage of the black friday sale of this chair. The waiting of delivery took longer because of the sales volume. But it’s all worth it once I got the chair. I like the fact that it came fully assembled, all you have to do is plug it in. I can’t review yet about its durability because I just had it for 2 weeks, I hope they stand by their warranty. But as far as performance, it works great as expected, it actually loosen up some of my tight spots and notice less back pains. I’ve been bragging about it to my coworkers how it helped me a lot.

          I've been rocking this chair for over 4 months now, and let me tell you, it's a stellar investment I wish I'd made ages ago. There are more than 12 pre-programmed massage modes, each zeroing in on different areas – feet, lower lumbar, upper back, you name it. I'm still figuring out my favorite mode, but the stretch feature is a game-changer. The chair snugly grabs your arms and calves with the airbags and then stretches you out while it's all flipped and moving. I love the flexibility to turn the heat on or off and tweak the timer for each massage. All my buddies are hooked on this chair, and come Saturday afternoons, there's a line of folks waiting to hop on. Grab it, and you won't regret it – no more aches and pains!

Took my sweet time, and the whole thing was done in about 20 minutes. As for the build, the chair looks solid and tough. It gives off a vibe of sturdiness that's pretty reassuring.

Imagine getting a quick 15-minute back and foot rub every day, twice a day – that's a stellar investment. It's way better than those mall chairs, and the best part is, it's right in my house. Setting it up is a piece of cake too, as long as you can handle lugging that 150lbs box up the stairs, like we did.

The zero-gravity recline is a nice touch, adding to the overall comfort. The default programs are spot on, especially the yoga and relaxation modes. We usually don't go all out on gifts, but this one just felt like the perfect choice. When the package arrived, we carefully unpacked it for the journey upstairs. The packaging was well thought out, ensuring that everything arrived in perfect condition. The box mentioned a net weight of 127.7 lbs. for the chair alone, but we opted to carry the unassembled components upstairs separately, making the whole process much more manageable. With this approach, my wife and I successfully transported it to our upstairs room without any hiccups.

          The Relax mode is my favorite—it's a bit gentler compared to the seat cushion and back massager we got from this brand (the one with 3D shiatsu), but you can amp up the intensity by removing the pad. Everything functions as expected for heat, airbag massage, and foot roller. The foot roller is a bit weak without the airbag on, though. The Zero Gravity feature is a game-changer; it actually puts both me and my wife to sleep! We also own the massage pillow, which is nimble and versatile for use while lying on the bed. Bluetooth works well, delivering decent sound, but it only connects to one device at a time. So, if there are multiple users, you'll need to disconnect and reconnect. The chair comes with a remote holder and a USB charger on the armrest for added convenience. I must say, customer support is very responsive via Facebook and email.

          For the price, this thing is unbeatable. Don't expect a $5k chair, but once you get the hang of the controls and figure out your preferences, it does a great job. Personally, I love the shoulder airbags because they push my back into the rollers. It took me a moment, but I figured out how to have them on repeatedly. Customer service is excellent! Mine arrived damaged during shipping, and they were very responsive, taking care of everything and staying in constant communication. I gave it 5 stars because it's amazing for the price point. A few minor criticisms I'd like to note: I wish the pillow was a little thicker to support my head in a better location. The Velcro where it attaches puts the pillow a little low, and I wish it was higher up. Both of these are easily remedied and not deal-breakers. The speaker sound quality is less than desirable, but I never planned to use them anyway, nor expected high-quality audio. Finally, the legs can extend out for taller people like me, but the spring is a little strong, so I find myself pushing them back out after they retract a little. I imagine this will lessen with time as the spring breaks in. All in all, it's a great chair and looks really nice. It was definitely worth the risk, being a newer product without reviews yet. If you're on the fence, give it a shot!

          I've been overworking myself lately, dealing with all kinds of aches and pains. So, I decided to pamper myself and ordered this massage chair to see if it could provide some relief. To my delight, it exceeded my expectations! The experience is incredibly relaxing, and the heat feature is remarkably soothing. Admittedly, during the first day or two, it left my back feeling a bit sore, but I understood that it was addressing long-standing back issues. I also have two of the neck massagers, but it looks like they've disappeared, thanks to some family members! I've got the hand massager too, which was a game-changer when my wife was dealing with carpal tunnel issues during her pregnancy. Since then, it's been sent to my mother-in-law for her arthritis pains. So, I'm quite familiar with their products. That's why, when I heard about this large-scale massage chair, I knew we had to get it. I thought, if it works as well as the portable chair (which I prefer without the provided pad), it would be fantastic.
