The chair arrived quickly and is very well made and not too heavy. My family is in love with it, even my 6-year-old daughter! My wife falls asleep in it. Everyone who comes over gets a massage and they want one. I can’t believe how great it is and the price is just right. About to order another one for my mom. Also, the customer service is super nice people. They take care of things quickly!

I took advantage of the black friday sale of this chair. The waiting of delivery took longer because of the sales volume. But it’s all worth it once I got the chair. I like the fact that it came fully assembled, all you have to do is plug it in. I can’t review yet about its durability because I just had it for 2 weeks, I hope they stand by their warranty. But as far as performance, it works great as expected, it actually loosen up some of my tight spots and notice less back pains. I’ve been bragging about it to my coworkers how it helped me a lot.

I am very pleased with my new massage chair! I only had it a couple of days and everything is to my liking.I looked at a lot of chairs that are online and decided on this one. It has everything I wanted in a massage chair it’s 4d and it hits the right spots! You can adjust the rollers to lower the intensity. The heat function works great and the speakers are pretty good! The support people are awesome they answered my emails quickly which I was very impressed with.The price can’t be beat for all the settings you can choose from.If you are looking for a massage chair you can’t go wrong with this chair.

This massage chair is worth every penny! It has a sleek design and is comfortable enough to sleep in. It has multiple setting for whatever type of massage you want. You can also use the manual mode to make it massage exactly where you want it. I love that it has a zero gravity setting as well. You can also recline it to whatever position you want during the massage. It also massages your feet and has air compression pillows for your arms and shoulders in which and you can customize the pressure. And it has heat. I absolutely love it!

I am very satisfied with the massage strength, and I can also adjust the position of the rollers for targeted massage. The strength is just right. The seller accidentally sent me two massage chairs, which blocked my driveway with the second one. I told them about it, and they immediately arranged for the logistics to pick up the extra one. The customer service is really nice.

It's not my first massage chair. I have quite a bit of experience with massage chairs. This is the nicest chair I've ever had. I really like its design because it looks very classy & highend. Massage on other parts is very good, but I have back pain, and the chair is not strong enough for my back. I told the customer about this problem. The customer responded to me promptly and asked me to take a video. Then they told me how to adjust the position of the roller. It was very professional. I may buy another 301 in the future. I heard that its intensity is the strongest.

I have only had this 3 weeks now. My massage was amazing. It performs well, it's easy to assemble, it seems to be good quality, good value for the money and it's roomier than my last massage chair. It gives a great massage. My mom couldn't use my last chair I had(it was a different brand) as she said it was to rough, but she loves this new one. I am still learning to use the different settings. Customer service is wonderful. A woman named Della called me and talked me through using the different settings which has helped tremendously. You will be truly happy with this chair and with customer service!

If you are looking for a great chair with a ton of functions, this is it. 12 preset massages with infinite adjustability, heater, Bluetooth speakers with pretty darn good sound. And to top it off, I had a question, Sent the company an email and within 4 to 5 hours I had a call from the owner, a text and an email completely solving my issue. I looked at a ton of chairs and wouldn't look any further ever again, this is the one.

We were able to contact the customer support for this chair and they have been extremely responsive and are fixing the issue for us very quickly and at no cost to us. To be clear, the product was not defective in any way, we just wanted a different pressure for our feet and lower legs. Very happy with this product now that we have this issue resolved.

I contacted their customer support and was given a very friendly and professional instruction session on operating all of the programs. I have been using it at least twice every day. You have the option to zero in on specific areas if you choose. I could fall asleep during the zero-gravity full body massage.

This chair is everything you want. I have been looking at massage chairs like this in furniture store but I couldn’t bare to spend $5-$10 grand on one. When I saw this chair and all the features and reviews it hit add to cart and boy was I impressed. Shipping was super fast. The delivery team was awesome and was able to get it into my old farm house. Installation was an easy. Now I’m not impressed with the voice activation. She randomly comes on but if I’m honest I have read thru the directions on the voice setup yet. But overall best online purchase! You won’t regret it.

This chair was even better than expected. My husband and I did a lot of research before finally landing on purchasing this chair and I’m so glad we did! Delivery was very smooth, assembly was extremely easy and fast, and the massage chair itself is very comfortable and effective. There are tons of settings to fit your needs and both myself (5’6”) and my husband (6’3”) fit well in the chair. The touchscreen is also super easy to use and it has a really nice stand so you don’t have a control hanging off or anything. I would highly recommend!
