The chair arrived quickly and is very well made and not too heavy. My family is in love with it, even my 6-year-old daughter! My wife falls asleep in it. Everyone who comes over gets a massage and they want one. I can’t believe how great it is and the price is just right. About to order another one for my mom. Also, the customer service is super nice people. They take care of things quickly!

I took advantage of the black friday sale of this chair. The waiting of delivery took longer because of the sales volume. But it’s all worth it once I got the chair. I like the fact that it came fully assembled, all you have to do is plug it in. I can’t review yet about its durability because I just had it for 2 weeks, I hope they stand by their warranty. But as far as performance, it works great as expected, it actually loosen up some of my tight spots and notice less back pains. I’ve been bragging about it to my coworkers how it helped me a lot.

The massage chair is awesome! I have been using it every day after work since I received it last week. There was a delivery issue which made me very unhappy. I reported it to Customer Service and I received a prompt reply within a very short period. They resolved my issue right away. The post-sales service is very important and they are providing excellent service. I would recommend this product and company without reserve.

We've also put a small, thin pillow down by the tailbone area.There are more choices for types and intensities of massage than you would ever need. We've had this chair about 2 weeks and have yet to utilize all of them. The bluetooth works well.We're very happy with our purchase.

The chair has a small footprint with the design it can be placed close to the wall area.The foot rollers are a little intensive needed to put thick socks on. The massage is just hard to explain other than superb, like a person with strong small hands. Relieves pain and slept all night on the first day, hope to reduce pain Meds soon. My 6’ son and 6’2” son feel it is a bit short, like other reviews stated, but the are still able to enjoy it. This chair is an exceptional value and I would recommend it to everyone! Online videos were critical for the assembly as a couple of the air hoses had incorrect parts applied. Luckily the video helped me figure it out and it was useable within an hour or so.I have only had one bad headache since getting this chair 5 months ago and needed no chiropractor visits or massages. Before getting it I had frequent headaches and spent a ton of $ on physical therapy, chiro, and massage. I figure it will pay for itself in about a year.

Chair arrived on time and in good condition. Package fit perfectly through the door with no issues. We put this upstairs and surprisingly wasn't that difficult to get up there. It took about 30 min to put all the pieces together so not hard at all. We love the look of the chair once we got it all together (looks just as advertised). We have been using it for about 3 weeks now and have had no issues. Everything works great only issue is timer is only set for 15 min (can’t seem to change it) but it is not a deal breaker for me. Also the feet rollers as some have mentioned are a bit rough. However as some have noted adding a little foam reduces the pressure. For the price you can’t beat everything you get with this chair (L-track, 3 zero-g settings, heat, stretching + more). My wife loves the yoga stretching programs. The remote is simple to use. I would definitely recommend this chair to others.Pros:PriceQuietOptionsCons:So far none.

The chair performs as stated. The delivery was not as stated by the shipper. She said the chair would be placed where I wanted it. Apparently the box was too large to fit through the standard door so they left it in the garage and left my son to unpack. That was fine. However, they also wanted to leave the wood supports for us to deal with. He insisted they haul that off. I tried to call the shipping number, got no answer and the mail box was full. My son was able to get everything in to the house and assembled with no problem. The chair itself is all I could ask for. I like the yoga stretch with heat.

The young men that delivered my chair were very professional. Removed box on porch and brought inside and much to my surprise ask me, "Where do you want it". I wanted it in my basement which has a narrow turn radius and I sheepishly said in the basement if you can put it there. I had planned to have sons and grandsons place it in basement, but the delivery men put it in the basement with no problem. They didn't wait for a tip and were leaving and I offered and they refused, but I insisted. All is well that end well!!!

This chair leaves me speechless! I bought it solely on the great reviews and I'm glad I did! I'm a bigger gal and still fit comfortably (one of my worries ;-)) The massage is very powerful. The yoga stretch program is great -although I couldn't wrap my brain around how it can possibly "stretch" - but it does. It squeezes the calves and holds the legs down while the chair tilts back stretching the back and on top of it the rollers push Into the back stretching it even further. It actually feels like a stretch. My favorite one so far is the Chiro program. It really works you. It feels like 5 people simultaneously work on you. It's great! The only thing hurting me are the foot rollers but they can be turned off via remote control, no problem. I love it!

Wow, how can THIS chair be BETTER than others priced 3x or 4x as much?I don’t understand why anyone would pay more!I love the L/SL track, the heat, and Thai stretching… I love the ease of set-up too.The only thing that the other chairs MAY have over this is more variety in programs and MAYBE other chairs are quieter (but my living room is much quieter than a retail establishment, so it is hard to tell).Without a doubt, the massage on this chair is stronger and more relaxing!5-stars.
