The chair arrived quickly and is very well made and not too heavy. My family is in love with it, even my 6-year-old daughter! My wife falls asleep in it. Everyone who comes over gets a massage and they want one. I can’t believe how great it is and the price is just right. About to order another one for my mom. Also, the customer service is super nice people. They take care of things quickly!

I took advantage of the black friday sale of this chair. The waiting of delivery took longer because of the sales volume. But it’s all worth it once I got the chair. I like the fact that it came fully assembled, all you have to do is plug it in. I can’t review yet about its durability because I just had it for 2 weeks, I hope they stand by their warranty. But as far as performance, it works great as expected, it actually loosen up some of my tight spots and notice less back pains. I’ve been bragging about it to my coworkers how it helped me a lot.

The massage chair is awesome! I have been using it every day after work since I received it last week. There was a delivery issue which made me very unhappy. I reported it to Customer Service and I received a prompt reply within a very short period. They resolved my issue right away. The post-sales service is very important and they are providing excellent service. I would recommend this product and company without reserve.

I am very pleased with my new massage chair! I only had it a couple of days and everything is to my liking.I looked at a lot of chairs that are online and decided on this one. It has everything I wanted in a massage chair it’s 4d and it hits the right spots! You can adjust the rollers to lower the intensity. The heat function works great and the speakers are pretty good! Traded in my 101 for the 301, and let me tell you, it was a night and day difference! Initially, I went with the 101 to save some cash, but it just wasn't cutting it. Luckily, customer service was amazing and helped me swap to the 301 for free, just pay the price difference. Huge shoutout to them!

Now, the 301? This thing is incredible. The high-resolution screen is a total upgrade, and it just feels more luxurious overall. But the real win is the massage itself. It has this incredible targeted setting for my glutes that seems to have totally fixed the shoulder, neck, and back pain I was getting from being hunched over at my desk all day.

But the leg and foot massage? That's pure magic. Seriously, my feet feel like they're walking on clouds after a session. If you're looking for a massage chair that truly delivers, the 301 is the way to go. Trust me, you won't regret it!

I had an injury to my back yrs ago-- My vertebrae were pile driven down into my spine leading to 6 bulged discs. i have sciatic nerve issues going down my leg and cant even walk most of the time or cant through shopping without having to get off my legs. I been to a Chiro for yrs. Last bought I was seeing a massage therapist 2x a week and xhiro 2x week. I1m sure their thrilled but I was sick of it. The massage therapist wont shut up while massaging you at $80 hr Telling her every dumb detail of her life,... So I stopped seeing her. The chiro- I was going back in pain again all of again so I said screw it!! I need somehing more aggressive that can pop my hips and massage them to help line it up ON MY TIME. SO I bucked up the dough and got this chair. I am 6`3 , my feet are bigger than most size 13. SO my toes bend up in the foot part- everything is good it grips around your legs and spinning balls under feet the same time- Its really nice. My arms tend to slide out twards my body from the arm air bags when the airbags on my shoulder squeeze in. The program should grip and hold arms first then activate the shoulder bags to function better- Im taller than most so it may be that more than the chair. My chair arrived the blue tooth speaker was faulty and made noise and struggled to work then stopped working so the right speaker only works, I sent them an email and they said they will send a repair man out for it. I thought this chair was designed for taller people but this one is not designed just for me in mind. The massage is good and works exactly where I need it to. I am sore cause I was getting intense knocks for 2 hrs checking the chair out but thats on me. Chair works great. It did 3 major pops a chiro would not get that many or I would not feel it adjust like the chair did. The equipment at a chiro is pretty outdated- a back roller. This chair would be great instead of that beforehand and go in and get adjusted if you need it case by case. The blue tooth should be better quality sound coming from the speakers. Literally worth installing better ones in there if you can get into it. I gonna ask repair if its possible.

Recovering from a nonunion fracture from a work injury was a long journey, finding the right surgeon took time too. Luckily, I found this product. I'm so glad that it has more features than I expected and feels very durable.

Despite its weight, the chair is cleverly designed with convenient rollers, making it surprisingly easy to move around. The faux leather upholstery is incredibly soft, smooth, and flawlessly crafted. Operating the chair is a delightful and effortless experience. The only minor setback we encountered was its slightly wider size compared to the door it needed to fit through. However, I must commend Massage Chair Kollecktiv for their exceptional responsiveness. They promptly provided me with a helpful video tutorial on how to remove the arms, ensuring that the chair could easily pass through the door.

OMG!!! This is our 1st time in a massage chair and can i just say … wow! This chair is so relaxing and the bluetooth feature makes it perfect! Listening to a soothing music will put you to sleep! The zero gravity feature is wonderful !!! It also offers a lot of different massage modes, our favorite is the kneading mode , my husband and i love deep tissue massage! I was a bit skeptical on buying this chair coz its such a big purchase for us but its all worth it! (This is our Christmas gift to each other ) Customer service is outstanding !!! Before purchasing it, i had a lot of questions to the seller … and i mean A LOT 😂 but the seller always answers all my concerns and questions in such a timely manner and very very patient with me and for that i thank you! This chair is incredibly user-friendly, to the point where even my 2-year-old can effortlessly operate it. They know how to turn it on, select my favorite setting, and turn it off. It's impressively spacious and cozy, yet surprisingly compact, making it a great fit for any room. If I had one minor gripe, it would be that the power button is located on the bottom back of the chair, which isn't the most convenient placement. However, I would happily purchase this chair again without hesitation! The massage rollers are gentle yet remarkably effective in instantly relieving my headaches. It's truly remarkable, as I've never experienced such headache relief from a chair before. Normally, I'd have to spend a fortune on professional massages to alleviate my headaches. With just 20 minutes in this chair, my headache vanishes. The product itself is exceptional, the customer service is top-notch, and the price is fantastic.

This chair is absolutely amazing! I can't say enough good things about it. The automatic modes are fantastic, each serving a unique and effective purpose. And the best part? It comes fully assembled, so setting it up was a breeze. We were enjoying the chair within minutes of bringing it inside. I really wish we had purchased this chair sooner. We love using it right before bedtime, and let me tell you, we haven't slept this well in years. The Sleep Mode is perfect for a more gentle massage that helps us relax before drifting off. The stretch massage is a godsend after a long, tiring day. And while the foot massage may be strong, it's incredibly therapeutic. Trust me, this chair is worth every penny!

I am very pleased with my purchase, it was delivered a week ahead of schedule at two week instead of three which I was happy. They call and set a delivery date and time. The the delivery was right on time the driver unload the the chair which is packed very well protected. Attaching the foot/leg stool took every bit of 1 min and the it is ready to use. The instruction booklet is easy to follow and understand the different type of massages and how to use the remote setup.

Being an engineer, I decided to take matters into my own hands and discovered that it was simply a kinked air line causing the issue. Once I fixed the air line, the chair performed flawlessly. This incident aside, the chair appears to be well made with a simple design that minimizes potential problems, making it highly reliable.

To reduce the intensity in that area, we simply folded a small throw blanket, which worked like a charm. This chair has been an absolute blessing for my husband, who has ALS. I use a lift to help him get in and out of the chair, and he often falls asleep during the massage. When he wakes up, he frequently requests another one. As his primary caregiver, this chair not only helps relieve my own aches and pains but also provides a much-needed escape when I get to use it. We both couldn't be happier that I made the decision to get this chair for him.

Also, after using the chair for a few days, my wife found the back rollers to be a bit too firm for her liking. However, the customer service team was kind enough to send us an extra pad and a foot massager because the chair's massage function doesn't cover the whole foot/sole area. To solve this, we discovered that folding a small throw blanket in the back area helps reduce the intensity specifically in that region. This chair has been a lifesaver for my husband, who has ALS. As his main caregiver, I use a lift to help him get in and out of the chair. The soothing massage often puts him to sleep, and when he wakes up, he often asks for another session. Not only does the chair benefit him, but it also helps me with my own aches and pains and gives me some much-needed relaxation time. We are both incredibly thankful that I decided to get this chair for him.

First of all, the buying process was a breeze. There were so many options to choose from, and the detailed descriptions really helped me make my decision. And guess what? The chair arrived even earlier than expected, about a week ahead of schedule. The delivery driver was so helpful and even placed it right in my living room. Unpacking and assembling the chair was a piece of cake. I didn't even need to look at the instructions because it came mostly assembled. I just had to attach the footrest, which was super easy. One thing that really impresses me is how user-friendly the chair is. Even my 2-year-old can operate it! From turning it on to setting my favorite program, it's so simple. And despite its size and comfort, it doesn't take up much space in my room. However, I do have one small complaint. The power button is located on the bottom back side of the chair, which isn't very convenient. But overall, I would definitely buy this chair again without hesitation! The massage rollers are incredible and provide such a soothing experience. They instantly relieve my headaches, something no other chair has ever done before. I used to spend so much money on massages to help with my headaches, but now, just 20 minutes in this chair and my headache is gone. The customer service team was incredibly helpful and responsive in addressing my queries. After a few days of using the chair, my wife found that the rollers were a bit too firm on her back. The customer service team was kind enough to send us an additional pad and a foot massager to address this issue. The original foot massager didn't cover the entire foot and sole, so this was a great solution. We also noticed a cut on the PU leather, but they quickly sent us a repair piece, which I will be trying soon. To make up for the inconvenience, they even issued a partial refund, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I am very satisfied with the chair and extremely impressed with the excellent customer service. However, I am still in the process of learning how to manually operate some of the features.

Unfortunately, I couldn't get any help from Kollecktiv themselves. However, the customer service at MASSAGE CHAIRKollecktiv was attentive and understanding. They listened to my complaint and asked me to send them some pictures. The very next day, they let me know that they would send me a brand new chair. I received the replacement promptly, and everything is working perfectly now. I just wish that Kollecktiv could have provided the same level of assistance.

After a few days of using the chair, my wife found the rollers to be a little too firm on her back. We mentioned this to the customer service team, and they kindly sent us an additional pad to add some extra cushioning. They also included a foot massager because the chair didn't fully massage the entire foot and sole. Additionally, we noticed a small cut on the PU leather, but they quickly sent us a repair piece, which we will be trying soon. Setting up this chair was a breeze, I must say. However, as someone who stands tall at 6'3", I did notice that the massage rollers didn't quite hit the sweet spots on my back. To make up for it, I discovered that scooting forward a bit helped me get a better massage experience. The foot and leg extension feature is handy, although it would be even better if it locked in place when fully extended. Currently, I find myself having to constantly push against it to keep it extended, which can get a bit tiring. Moreover, when I try to relax, the leg extension tends to push my knees up, making it difficult to get a proper calf massage. But despite these small hiccups, I still find the overall massage experience quite enjoyable.

I got this chair for my dad because of his health issues, and let me tell you, it has been a game-changer. The only small problem we had was getting the hang of the remote control, it was a bit tricky. But apart from that, the chair itself is really great. It's super comfortable and provides an enjoyable experience overall. I also have to give a shoutout to the delivery guy, he was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure the delivery went smoothly. All in all, it's been a fantastic purchase that has had a positive impact on my dad's well-being.

This chair is seriously top-notch, and I gotta say, the delivery was super fast and totally caught me off guard. It showed up at my doorstep in just about 5 days, way quicker than I expected. But, here's the thing, I did notice one downside. When the roller gets to my tailbone or hip bone area, it gets pretty uncomfortable. That's the only hiccup I've come across so far. But even with that, I gotta give props to the overall quality and delivery experience, they've been pretty darn impressive.

I bought the Kollecktiv 4D Massage Chair, a full body zero gravity recliner with AI voice control, about 5 months ago. I wanted to give it some time before sharing my thoughts. Let me tell you, I am beyond happy with my purchase. It arrived a whole week earlier than expected, only taking 2 weeks instead of 3. They even called to schedule the delivery date and time, and guess what? They were right on time. The driver unloaded the chair, which was packed really well for protection. Attaching the foot/leg stool took just about a minute, and voila, it was ready to use. The instruction booklet was super easy to follow, explaining all the different types of massages and how to set it up with the remote. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience.

My wife and I have made this chair a part of our daily routine, using it twice a day. I have to admit, although I still have some pain, this chair has been a lifesaver in relieving it. Every time I have a 20-minute session, I feel rejuvenated and full of energy. Setting up and using the chair was a piece of cake, I didn't encounter any problems at all. The chair's overall quality is outstanding, and I have no doubt in recommending it to others. It has genuinely made a positive difference in our lives.
