The chair arrived quickly and is very well made and not too heavy. My family is in love with it, even my 6-year-old daughter! My wife falls asleep in it. Everyone who comes over gets a massage and they want one. I can’t believe how great it is and the price is just right. About to order another one for my mom. Also, the customer service is super nice people. They take care of things quickly!

I took advantage of the black friday sale of this chair. The waiting of delivery took longer because of the sales volume. But it’s all worth it once I got the chair. I like the fact that it came fully assembled, all you have to do is plug it in. I can’t review yet about its durability because I just had it for 2 weeks, I hope they stand by their warranty. But as far as performance, it works great as expected, it actually loosen up some of my tight spots and notice less back pains. I’ve been bragging about it to my coworkers how it helped me a lot.

The massage chair is awesome! I have been using it every day after work since I received it last week. There was a delivery issue which made me very unhappy. I reported it to Customer Service and I received a prompt reply within a very short period. They resolved my issue right away. The post-sales service is very important and they are providing excellent service. I would recommend this product and company without reserve.

I am very pleased with my new massage chair! I only had it a couple of days and everything is to my liking.I looked at a lot of chairs that are online and decided on this one. It has everything I wanted in a massage chair it’s 4d and it hits the right spots! You can adjust the rollers to lower the intensity. The heat function works great and the speakers are pretty good! Also, I've noticed a clicking noise coming from the rollers when they move sideways, especially in the lower back and hip area. It doesn't seem like a loose screw or joint issue, and it definitely doesn't feel normal. I'm planning to reach out to customer support to get this issue resolved.

But then, I stumbled upon some models that were priced under $2,000 and thought, "Hmm, maybe I should look into this." So, I did some digging and boy, was I pleasantly surprised! There were so many options to choose from, and I even found some that were priced under $1,000. However, I would caution against going for the super cheap ones. They have fixed rollers that don't move along the tracks, and personally, I think that's a must-have feature. So, keep that in mind when making your decision.

But, gotta be real, there are a couple of annoying things to chat about. The footrest does extend, but man, it takes some serious muscle to keep it down because of those tough springs. It loves popping back up, especially when I'm tilting back, totally messing with that whole muscle relaxation vibe. It seems like this issue is pretty common until you hit the $4,000 range, where they've got it sorted out.

The rollers are on point, and the heat feature, Bluetooth hookup, and just the general vibe of the chair are totally my jam. I did a ton of digging before snagging this chair, and let me tell ya, it's a gem. Setting it up was a breeze – took me like 15 minutes tops. First time trying it out, and I was seriously impressed with the massage action; it's like having a real person work their magic. Total relaxation vibes, and even my kids are all about it. Delivery was on point too – the crew was super polite and got it right into my house (major relief!). Packaging was solid. Just a heads up, the chair's rocking two tones. I grabbed the black one, thinking it'd be all one color, but it's a mix of dark gray and black – not a biggie for me though. I'll drop another review update in 6 months and a year. Fingers crossed it's a long-lasting winner!

I'd read some reviews, so I figured the massage might be a bit much, and yup, it was intense and a bit painful. But, considering my back and shoulder probs, plus dealing with fibromyalgia and nerve stuff, it might just be the deal with any massage chair.

The fact that there are 15 auto modes got me curious, and I started off in manual mode for specific spots, but now I'm hooked on trying out all those preset auto settings. But, gotta be real, the body scan is a bit fixated on height and kinda misses the lower back curve. Standing at 6 feet, weighing 185 pounds, the chair sets itself just a notch below the max height. At 6 feet, it reaches forward over the shoulders, putting pressure and lifting up to the base of the head. The max height might be around 6.2 feet, but the official word in the Q&A says 5 feet 5 inches, and that seems spot on. The width is decent and does the job.

Not my first rodeo with massage chairs; about a decade ago, we splurged on a Dreamweaver – awesome but seriously pricey. This new one, though, sets us back only about 20% of what the Dreamweaver did. They're not twins, but both pack seven programs. Sure, the Dreamweaver's got more customization options, but honestly, I'm a one-program kind of person. Works like a charm for me.

The footrest extender comes with two seriously sturdy springs that seem like they'll last forever. But, just a heads up, it takes some muscle to keep it stretched out, and the moment you ease up, it's all about that roll-back life. Got a bit frustrated with it, so I ditched one spring, and things seem more balanced now. onto the footrest connectors— they're zip-tied right at the ends on the main chair frame. Instructions say to tuck them into the main chair, but thanks to those pesky zip ties, it's a bit tricky. You might have to snip those ties to get the connectors tucked in smoothly.

My back roller carriage stopped working just three weeks after I started using it. They promptly sent a new cable and sent a technician to fix the issue. The technician determined that the problem was with the carriage stop switch and ordered a replacement. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up, and instead of the carriage stop switch, a control board was sent. This mistake caused a delay in the repair process. Once the technician realized the error, they took the initiative to order the correct part. However, it took a whole week for the technician to come back and install the right component, leaving me without the use of my chair for an extended period.

Putting it together was a piece of cake – basically just zipping up a few cushion parts and unfolding the foot thing. It's not too hard to shift around, but having someone lend a hand wouldn't hurt.

Setting up the lower leg massage feature is pretty straightforward, but I ran into a bit of a challenge with the air line, making sure it doesn't twist, and figuring out what to do with the extra bit – the instructions said to "push the excess into the chair." Some wires are tied down, and I didn't want them messing with the air foot massage. The foot roller does its thing in the front and can get a tad intense, so I usually dial down the intensity. Now, if you're around 6 feet tall, your calves won't fully tuck in unless you push the lower feet assembly to the max and use zero gravity settings 1 or 2. You can switch to this mode in the Thai stretching program.

I haven't explored all the menu options yet, but let me tell you, the default massage setting is seriously impressive. It might not match the skills of a human masseuse who can expertly work on joints, but it comes pretty close. Now, here's the thing - my only gripe is that I couldn't find any instructions for putting together the two main parts, the main body, and the foot/leg attachment. There are these two little bearing shafts, about 3 cm long, that support the foot/leg part and fit into these bearing journals held by two screws each. I managed to figure it out solo, but having someone to help with the weight while another lines up the screw holes and secures the journals would make things a lot easier for most folks.

So, here's the scoop - when I crank up the shoulder and neck massage, the headrest pillow tends to do a little dance and end up behind the chair. Also, the chair is a smidge louder than I thought it would be. But you know what? I've found that the neck massage is actually comfier without the pillow, and the noise doesn't mess with the chill-out vibes. Despite these quirks, I'd totally give this chair a thumbs up for family and friends.

They tossed in an extra 6 months of warranty to sweeten the deal, but considering the hassle of not having my chair for a full two months, I think a 4-star rating is more fitting.

I shot a message to their customer service, and, get this, in just 2 hours, they sent me a video tutorial showing how to reconnect a little hose I had accidentally left unhooked. Once you've put together all the nuts and bolts, there are two electrical connectors and a pneumatic connector to deal with. The electrical connectors were smooth sailing for me – though, I would've liked a single connector with more pins, but no big deal, it was pretty straightforward. Now, the pneumatic connector would've been way better with a quick connect setup instead of this tension-fit barbed connector to the hose fitting. Just gotta make sure these connections are in the right spots within the designated recesses, because not doing so might put your foot/leg attachment at risk of getting damaged from the weight.

I went for this massage chair because I'd tried my friend's 3D chair, and after a few years, it was still top-notch and worked like a charm. This time, I opted for the 3D, the newer version. I did my research and compared it to a few 4D chairs. This one is cost-effective and compact compared to other 3D massage chairs I checked out in stores. It's perfect if you're tight on space – even in zero gravity mode, where it lays back and the footrest inclines, it doesn't hog much space compared to other zero gravity chairs. The leather material is comfy and feels high-quality. Ideal for smaller folks; might not be as cozy if you're taller than 6ft. The seller is responsive and approachable, big thumbs up for their great customer service.

Long story short, I did a thorough comparison of this product with various alternatives – checked out Amini, Watson's, Johnson's Fitness, online stores, specialty shops, and even mall offerings. Honestly, the excitement of having a chair like this can wear off, and the price you shell out might leave you questioning the barely noticeable features. But, I think you get good bang for your buck with a 3D model under $4,000. Some other places claim to have 4D functionality but fall short. It's smart to stick with a well-known brand. To amp up the experience, we threw in spa sounds, essential oils, plants, and set everything up in a calm, dimly lit spot. This whole setup makes for a seriously immersive experience.

They even added wheels at the base, so moving it around the room is a piece of cake. My husband and dad teamed up for the assembly, and it went smoothly with the clear instructions. The remote, with its display screen, is easy to use and lets you customize the massage by setting the duration, picking modes, and adjusting the speed. Gotta say, the zero gravity position is the ultimate comfort zone for the best massage experience.

After a couple of months with this chair, I plan to keep using it every day. It might not work miracles for back pain, but it's really good at easing muscle tension in the right spots. I managed to put it together solo, but I'd suggest having a second person for backup. Connecting the footrest only needed two screws, but it's a bit of a tight squeeze to work in.
