1. Order Cancellations Before Shipment

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

• If your order has not yet shipped after 24 hours, you may still request a cancellation, but a processing fee may apply depending on warehouse and handling costs.

2. Order Cancellations After Shipment

• Once your massage chair has been shipped, the order can no longer be canceled.

• If you wish to return the item after it has shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.

3. Refusal of Delivery

• If you refuse delivery of a shipment without prior authorization from us, return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund.

4. Pre-Orders & Custom Orders

• Pre-orders and custom configurations may be canceled before production or shipment. Once the order is prepared or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

5. Refund Timeline

• Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
