The chair arrived quickly and is very well made and not too heavy. My family is in love with it, even my 6-year-old daughter! My wife falls asleep in it. Everyone who comes over gets a massage and they want one. I can’t believe how great it is and the price is just right. About to order another one for my mom. Also, the customer service is super nice people. They take care of things quickly!

Es hat alles, was ich in einem Massagesessel wollte es ist 4d und es trifft die richtigen Punkte! Man kann die Rollen einstellen, um die Intensität zu verringern. Die Wärmefunktion funktioniert super und die Lautsprecher sind ziemlich gut! Die Support-Mitarbeiter sind großartig, sie haben meine E-Mails schnell beantwortet, was mich sehr beeindruckt hat, und der Preis ist unschlagbar für all die Einstellungen, die man wählen kann.

I took advantage of the black friday sale of this chair. The waiting of delivery took longer because of the sales volume. But it’s all worth it once I got the chair. I like the fact that it came fully assembled, all you have to do is plug it in. I can’t review yet about its durability because I just had it for 2 weeks, I hope they stand by their warranty. But as far as performance, it works great as expected, it actually loosen up some of my tight spots and notice less back pains. I’ve been bragging about it to my coworkers how it helped me a lot.

The massage chair is awesome! I have been using it every day after work since I received it last week. There was a delivery issue which made me very unhappy. I reported it to Customer Service and I received a prompt reply within a very short period. They resolved my issue right away. The post-sales service is very important and they are providing excellent service. I would recommend this product and company without reserve.
