Great massage chair for the price! Absolutely glad to have made this purchase. It is just as good as most massage chairs out there for an affordable price. I appreciate how easy it was to set up and how user friendly it is. I would recommend it 100%.

FANTASTIC PRODUCT!!! Let me say that I was very leery of making a purchase of this size without testing it out first. I was afraid that the unit would be flimsy, inadequate or the massage would be "light" at best. I'm 6ft 240lbs and am accustomed to getting "deep tissue" massages but at $70-90 a pop it gets expensive. Let me say this....BOY WAS I WRONG.....This chair is fantastic!!!!! The quality and craftsmanship is superb. The motors and airbags are very quiet and this thing works!!! The preset modes will give you a combination of light, normal and deep tissue massages. The body scan enables the massage hands to hit the muscles perfect on your frame. All the preset modes are great but the shoulder mode is a game changer. Anyone stuck at a desk all day...this might be your go to BUT ALL MODES ARE EXCELLENT. I will agree with previous post about some of the cons. 1) the arm rest are to low so you do have to position yourself in the seat to get adequate benefit 2) the foot rollers are a little aggressive (even on low) but feel great. You might just have to adjust your foot slightly and 3) The shoulder air bags do squeeze you like a mom seeing her son back from the military BUT over all if you wants a FANTASTIC neck to tip toe massage from the robotic hands....this is the chair. Extremely happy with my purchase.

Good value well made My second left chair, first chair was terrible broke in less than a week. NOT this manufacturer.Very pleased with this chairThis chair arrived, well ahead of schedule. Cartons were in very good condition. Assembly took 15 minutes. I'm 6ft about 220, plenty of room.There were comments regarding the heat, it is a little light possibly if left on long than 30 minutes would be more effective. Massage is good.Lift and recline are very good. Fabric is a plush polyester, frame, lift connection are solid and well made.

Amazing that this thing has everything Cool and Solid chair, well designed and very functional. The best part is that all what you need to set it up is to plug the power cord and off you go. Besides the phone App that has issues, everything else is terrific. I think it’s a great buy in comparison to others online.

Huge improvement I bought this for my 74 year old mother and it was a huge improvement over her old chair. This chair is a lot wider, softer, and the adjustable headrest is awesome. Well worth the money

It's super great! Our family loves having this massage chair. The rollers and air bags give a deep relaxing massage. We were spending a lot of money on monthly massages, so this was a reasonable choice for us. We would suggest wearing socks, as to help keep the light-colored interior clean and also because the foot massage is a little intense (for the Mrs). Overall, our bodies and minds are very happy and look forward to our daily massages right at home. Thanks for reading.

For those that want or need a serious deep tissue massage. I love my chair. The massage is excellent. You can tailor it to your specific needs. It can target certain areas. I love the relax mode. To most it would not be considered "relaxing", it is deep tissue massage (to me this means someone larger than you using their strength and elbows to work your back hard) and air bag pressure. Zero gravity is a plus it makes me very comfortable. I use the heat mode always. I sometimes turn off the airbags. The foot massage is just right. This chair is for people that want a serious massage, not a backrub. I use it daily. I highly recommend this chair if you are looking for deep tissue massage.

Super for back surgery recovery; will continue to use for binge watching tv later!! I needed a recliner for back surgery recovery and after reading and comparing reviews I am so happy I decided on this. Not only is it extremely comfortable and easy to use, it’s very pretty! Just the right size, not overpowering and the fabric is beautiful! Just be sure when you are putting it together, you bring all the wires down from the back of the chair! And the price is good! Buy it, you will not be disappointed. And it arrived 3 days early, so I was able to try it before I went to the hospital!

We all fight over getting in the chair! I always do my research before I purchase, especially a large purchase! For what we wanted there were only two chairs in our price range I would have ordered and this was our top pick. It will not disappoint you! My son plays club soccer and because he practices or plays four days a week his body gets a little sore. He has been saving for years to buy this chair. The only thing he doesn't like about it is that he has to share with the family haha. Especially his brother that is an athlete as well, most times after football games he goes straight to the chair! We all have some favorite settings and we are still getting used to them all. I was amazed at all the options this massage chair has. Something for everyone in the family!

Worth it, just wish it did more for the price. The chair is great as what it does. The pressure you get from the air bags is great at max (for us) even more pressure would be amazing! But, we do love the chair overall. Our next one will be a step up for sure.

Best Massage Chair for the price! Before purchasing this massage chair I did extensive research online and in stores. I decided to purchase this chair due to its overall features, style, and value. I found many massage chairs similar to this had asking prices of more than double in stores. I am very happy with my purchase decision and I use this chair everyday. Sometimes multiple times a day!

Outstanding customer service I bought th chair mainly for the lumbar heating function, but there was either a defect or my grandson didn't connect everything properly and I couldn't fell it. So i started a return, but wanted me to take it to a UPS store, which would have been damn near impossible. The company contacted me and arranged to have it picked up and gave me a full refund. Other than the heating function, the chair was quite comfortable, and the adjustable head rest was great.

Good Chair Chair is decent, quality is soso. The chair works well, ,not that comfortable in the lying down position because even though youre down, your body is still in a sitting position, not lying flat.
