What an awesome product this chair is. Worth the money. We ordered it it came to our house within less than a week. It was very easy to install. The only bad thing is it’s hard for me to get in the chair because I have so many people wanting to use it in the family. Well worth it

This chair is awesome! You can relax or get a deeper tissue massage or anything in between! I wish I would have bought it a long time ago!

My parents are very against me buying a massage chair! Because I have bought them before and have never used them! Because it's really uncomfortable! So I am more cautious with this purchase! I compared many brands. I finally chose kollecktiv! Apparently it was the right choice. It's much more comfortable than my friend's massage chair! The only small flaw is that the chair does not reset automatically after each massage! Be sure to press the power button to reset.

Amazing chair. This would still be a value at twice the price. We always have a massage chair in our house and usually go to the furniture store to get it so we can see and feel it. We decided to take a chance and it was the right decision. Less then buying at a store, and truely one of the best, most advanced chair I've ever used. You will NOT be disappointed with this purchase. Fast delivery, easy set up, and the support team has contacted me several times to make sure I'm happy.

I was suffering back pain and had trouble sleeping, a daily session of 20 minutes has greatly reduced my back pain and has helped me to sleep throughout the night. I researched numerous chairs on the market and this product delivers the same features, or in some cases, more features than chairs costing thousands more. Great warranty and excellent customer service. Chair was delivered in perfect condition and it was super easy to install a couple of pieces that were not part of the main chair assembly. I bought this chair after reading about nearly every chair on the market. It was advertised as being heavy duty and having all of the feature’s that the most high end chairs have only better. I have had it for 3 Months now and everything they said was true. It has approximately 15 pre set massages that are specific to your needs which makes it ready to go right out of the box. The chair also has manual adjustments for range, intensity and more. For me one of the best parts is the enclosed boot for your feet, it massages your feet and applies heat at the same time to help with circulation. In addition, it has Bluetooth and voice activation. You can play music through the speakers and charge your phone while getting your massage. I love this chair and am so glad I bought it.

Enclosed foot massage works really well, 4d rollers are great, a lot of different massage programs to use. Heating on the back/shawl and feet are very useful. If the built-in massage programs are not enough, customization options are available.

I've had a massage club membership for years. I was nervous to cancel it and buy this chair, but I have no regrets! I LOVE the chair. At first it was too intense, but after a couple days I learned how to customize and save the settings just the way I like them by turning all settings down as much as possible. I preferred a medium/firm massage at the spa, but this chair it quite a bit more intense.

The chair is time efficient because it massages everywhere at once. It is also quiet enough to watch tv while it's on. Being able to use the chair in the privacy of my home and enjoy it daily far outweighs my spa membership. I've had it about one month and it is working perfectly. It is doing an excellent job with any aches and pains I have. I feel great!

Chair is as described, its amazing and I use it daily. In addition both wife and kids who laughed at me for wanting one pressure me to get out so they get their time in the chair.
